When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons like the New Year or Back-to-School, processing may take up to 3-4 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your bloom products! If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.
What kind of paper is used in your planners?
We use high-quality, 100gsm bright white paper in most of our planners. This paper is designed to be thicker than standard planner paper to prevent ink bleed-through and ghosting.
Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?
Because we strive for quick turnaround times, we can only make changes or cancellations within 30 minutes of order placement. Please contact our support team immediately with your order number.
Do you offer bulk discounts for schools or businesses?
